Hi, I Was Admitted To Hospital Last Year 21 July-15

Hi,
I was admitted to hospital last year 21 july-15 due to high bp i. e. 220-120. severe headache, nausea, ghabrahat, epigastric pain, one episode of GTCS followed by fall. NCCT head done at MAX, showed left high SAH with edema. I got three sever headace in Max hospital 21 to 28 july-15. The max subscribe eptoin 300, 10/3/16. My first test showed phenytoin level-31. 1 ug/ml. Second 22/4/16. 23. 90 ug/ml after taking 250 mg eptoin. Third with 200mg eptoin is 9. 8 ug/ml i. e. on 3/6/16 today. Now has continue with 200mg for 3 months, plz advise for the medicine. I am taking Talmikind-H for bp no other medicines.
