Hi, I Was Diagnosed This Morning With A UTI And

Hi, I was diagnosed this morning with a UTI and the pain started two days ago. This morning I peed blood and each urination after blood also streamed out. ( I peed about 6 times all have blood) and of course I was super worried at first went to urgent care and I left with a antibiotic. I just wanna know that nothing was missed and that I shouldn't worry. I have been also having light headed ness, dizziness upon standing, chills, excessive sweating where I soaked through my waistband and two shirts all over. The pain when I pee is so unbearable that I feel like my bladder and urethra are stinging and burning that goes into my lower abdomen. Thanks
