What Causes A Popping Sensation And Recurring Headache In The Back Right Of My Head During Workouts?

Hi, I was working out yesterday and had a pop in the back right of my head and then got a very mild headache so I thought nothing of it. It s now the next day and I ve gone to do my workout and halfway through my first set I get a headache again in the same place but worse than yesterday. Any idea what this is and how long recovery may be?
