Hi, I'm 25 And Don't Have Children/haven't Been Pregnant Before.For

Hi, I'm 25 and don't have children/haven't been pregnant before.For quite awhile my periods have been all over the place. I'm on the pill so I would just assume it's from that. But for the last couple months almost every time I have sex it hurts during (feels like my stomach is being poked) and after. Also after the fact it feels like I have a lump or bubble on the right side of my lower abdomen, sometimes I can physically feel it by touch. Also I have severe cramping afterwards. I have some symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy: fainting/dizzy spells, abnormal bleeding/missed period (because my periods are never on time or when they're supposed to be) and cramping when I'm not supposed to be. I get really bad headaches, but have had them all my life so I don't know if it's really a symptom. Also have backaches but could also be due to my job (cna). I have taken home pregnancy tests but they're always negative. Maybe a cyst? I don't know if I'm just being over dramatic or if there's something going on. Any advice? I'm trying to get an appointment with my gyno but thought I'd also see if other people have experienced the same issues?
