Hi I'm 29 years, male, healthy physic, average height. I have swear pain in my left glands once I open my mouth and checked there is yellow pus showing there. I took antibiotic by the name of curam 1g its my 3rd dose but still there is no difference and fever is not coming down from 102. Once I took fevadol extra it gets better for some hours and again the same condition.
Due to dehydration my kidney gets swear pain found that there is stone of 4mm. Kindly advise what shall I do for quicker and better treatment.
