Hi, I'm 34 Weeks Pregnant And About A Week Ago

Hi, I'm 34 weeks pregnant and about a week ago I developed sore throat which turned into nasal congestion and then to chest congestion that turned into cough. And today my tonsils started to hurt when I swallow. I'm not as congested and my cough subsided a little. I don't have any white spots as of yet. Please let me know of there is anything I can do to help it go away. Thank you.
