Hi, I'm A 24 Year Old Female, 4weeks Ago I

Hi, I'm a 24 year old female, 4weeks ago I found a lump the size of a grape on the front right side of my throat right below my jaw. It's not painful but it puts an uncomfortable pressure on my neck and feels constricting, it's hard to swallow even water and my breathing goes a bit wheezy. It's also pressing on something else that makes me gag and become nauseous when I move my head, what could it be and should I just wait and see if it goes away? or see my gp? Or even an ent?
