Hi. I'm currently watching what I eat very closely & following an exercise regime & I've noticed that some days the foods I'm eating are giving me between 200% & 400% of the recommended daily dose of vitamins D & C. Should I be worried about this? I am not taking any supplements besides iron. Thank you
