Hi. I'm Not Good In English So I Can't Explain

Hi. I'm not good in english so I can't explain it clearly. But, I was suffering from chest pain for the past 2 weeks. And I'm having irregular heartbeats too that cause me to breath hard. It's from normal heartbeat to loud and fast. I could almost hear it. I'm not fat nor thin. I don't have asthma or any heart problems too. I was searching for any symptoms but I can't find the right answer. So, what do you think doc? Am I suffering from any heart disease or just over fatigue?
