Hi, I've Been Sick With What I Suspect Is A

Hi, I've been sick with what I suspect is a sinus infection. I have asthma and have also been diagnosed with Hyper IGE ( Jobs Syndrome). Recently I've been coughing up a lot of phlegm along with foul smelling dark yellow mucus from my nose. The pain in my left side is almost unbearable now. I'm up all night long coughing and in pain. It hurts my ribs to breathe in and out and even with basic movement. I've tried everything from antibiotics to Apple cider vinegar. I just am not getting any better. Any suggestions or perhaps a clue as to what might be wrong?
