Hi, I've Had An Inflammation Of What I Think Is

Hi, I've had an inflammation of what I think is the hymen. Analyzing the normal vaginal anatomy I can not even found what that could be other than the hymen. It's at the anterior side of the vagina at the hymen level. When swollen it looks kind of pointy. I've been looking at lectures about vaginal problems and I haven´t been able to find anything matching what I have. It disapeared in a couple of days though. Thank you in advance
