Could My Persistent Stringy White Discharge And Occasional Tingling Be A Lingering Infection Despite Prior UTI And Yeast Treatment?

Hi I ve had vaginal discharge stringy white. Had a burning sensation but that s gone. Just get a tingling sensation every now and then. All STD test are negative. I had a urinary tract infection a month ago and was on antibiotics and then the doctor said I had a yeast infection. But this is worrying me as I did get a very mild pelvic pain.
