Hi, I've Started Having Stomach Pain On Monday This Week.

I've started having stomach pain on monday this week. The pain hasn't gotten better or worse since than, though now I can eat during the day with out vomiting.
Actually I think the vomiting isn't really a symtom of my condition but in a way a voluntary side effect of the pain since the vomiting helps to releave the pain, which os why I wanted to do it.
Staying in hot bath with the live water runnibg over my belly also helps as does suspending the abdominal muscles and also orgasm.
During the last two days I have noticed that the pain is now tolerable most of the day but at night it become so bad I cant sleep. I have woke up on the last two night at 3am to a strong pain in the stomach. The pain could be described as the feeling of prolonged hungar times 10 as if something was eating my guts. I can feel the pain on the whole area of my stomach and also in my back.
when I wake up I masturbate and take a warm bath, also staying in a fetus position helps.
Then after about a hour or two The pain is gone so I can go the sleep in a bed again. Then the whole process starts all over again at approximately 5 - 6 am. The same thing happens also just before getting sleep at approximately 12pm - 1am. So I haven't had too much sleep during the past week.
I'm clueless to what could be causing this. I was eating sushi in a local restaurant the day it started and thought that some of the fish felt a little warm. Another thing which could affect this would be my smaller son running over my stomach on Tuesday morning when I was still sleeping. The pain which started on Monday felt to get a little worse than.
I have been to a doctor to times now and they think it's just some infection.
Everyhing with a bloodsample (crp and some other basic values and also values conscerning kidneys and the liver) were in a normal margin.
Could I have caught sime kind of a parasite wrom eating at the restaurant on monday? Or helico bacteria?
