Hi, My blood sugar is under control and Lipd profile is almost under control(border level) other parameters are normal from 6 days i am unable to sleep comfortably. feeling shivering, and i am unable to control my mind for thinking so many things at a time. doctor suggested after observing my reports to take Tryptomer 10 mg night after dinner. Yesterday my sleep was good compare to last one week but today morning i am feeling sleepy. what could be the rason
