Hi, My Doctor Prescribed Me Trimovate Cream For My Athlete's

Hi,

My doctor prescribed me trimovate cream for my athlete's foot a few months back. I've been applying it for a while and seems to keep it at bay although comes back quickly as soon as I stop applying. Several weeks ago my athletes foot appeared on a different area of my foot (big toe) and I started to apply the trimovate. It has got a lot worse over the two weeks. Can you recommend something different to apply? Do I need to go back to the doctors? They didn't seem happy when I last suggested that trimovate wasn't advised for athletes foot.
