Hi, My Son, 5.5 Yrs, 17 Kg, Has Fever Since

Hi,
My son, 5.5 yrs, 17 kg, has fever since 3 days. The fever is hovering around 104 when high. We've been giving crocin suspension - 10 ml per dose whenever he has fever. The fever is not completely subsiding. It did only once last night after 4 hrs of giving him crocin.

Right now he has temperature of 104.1 (value in digital thermometer, under armpit.) and his body is extremely hot. We had given 10ml crocin about 4.5 hrs ago before we gave him again the same dose again now about 2 hrs ago, and we've been sponging since then as well but his temperature is not at all subsiding. We are scared to use Metal P, but looks like we may have to given his temperature condition.

Please advise if we should use Metal P and what dosage. Or should be continue to just sponge him.
