Hi Sir, I Done Medical Test For GULFcountry..In Chest Xray

Hi Sir,
I done medical test for GULFcountry..In Chest Xray findings are
No Frank Lung Parenchymal Focus but for increased basal vascular markings with signs of bronchial catarrh;
The Phrenic angles are free;
No demonstrable hillar/mediastinal adenitis;
The heart appears normal;
the component bones of thorax appear normal


At the time of chest Xray i had a chronic cold and iam a smoker too..
Now i quit the smoking and not drinking cold water.Doctor suggest me to use revolizer inhaler for 15 days.. ..

I have a doubt i need to put medical after 2 months for my employment...will the vascular markings will get cured??
