Hi ....a Couple Weeks Ago I Had A Big Lump

Hi ....a couple weeks ago I had a big lump in my arm pit ...it was very swollen and painful and actually multiplied... it took almost 2 weeks to go down but now it feels like a hard tendon from the top of my arm pit going up my arm it is sore to the touch and pulls whenI raise my arm....I also have been experiencing pain like I have been hit in my arm and the Palm of my hand has been sore as well
