Hi About 4-weeks Ago I Noticed A Circular Red Ring

Hi about 4-weeks ago I noticed a circular red ring around one elbow which turned into a bruise and went away in about 4 days. No pain, no injury. This same looking bruise has now returned on same elbow. In a 64 year old female. Exercise in gym 3 times a week. No known health problems
