Can Municex Cause Diarrhea And Black Stools, Or Could It Be A Recurrence Of Bleeding Ulcers?

Hi and good doctors. I have the same problem. I took some municex for my coughing and phlegm it gave diarrhea and black stools. I don t know if municex cause it or I have bleeding ulcers again. I had bleeding ulcers in 2021! Thank you so much for any answers I get! Have a blessed great day!!
