Hi Doc I Just Want To Know If Lung Scar

Hi doc i just want to know if lung scar caused by ptb is can be rid off.As in no visible scar. i dont understand this. 4 years ago i was diagnosed with ptb positive in chest xray but negative in the sputum exan. but after a month of taking the meds i took an chest xray and it was clear . but i continued to take the meds until i finished it. when i had an chst xray again it was clear but just last year. it appeared that it had scar.it is possible? and is there a tx for it to get rid totally_?
