Hi Doctor, I Am Suffering From Lichen Planus Pigmentosus Since

Hi doctor, I am suffering from lichen planus pigmentosus since 1 year. I am having lesions on my neck chin and mouth area. I am not able to find any suitable medication yet which can subside this disease and stop it from getting aggravated.

I have tried all form of medicines be it Ayurveda, homeopathy or allopathy. Right now I am under allopathic medication which has prescribed me dapsone and steroids. But I am completely baffled as i feel nothing is working out.
Plz suggest or advice something which can cure it properly
