What Could Be Causing Constant Salivation And A Bitter Taste After Eating Raw Rice?

Hi doctor, I ate raw rice about a month ago. I stopped eating it now after my teeth started to crumble. But I have a bitter taste in my mouth often and I am salivating all the time. What could be the problem? Which doctor (general or dental) should I consult in person.
