Hi Doctor, I Had A Question About The Readings I

Hi doctor,
I had a question about the readings I got on two separate echocardiogram reports which I took in a gap of about 5 months. Every thing in all the reports is normal. However my LVID in the most recent report has increased significantly, I'm not sure if I should be worried about this. Also I must mention that, the most recent echo report with the increased parameters was taken just a little while after a maxiamal stress test..where my heart rate reached 190bpm. The stress test was normal. The older reports were taken at rest. I'm a 23 year old boy, normal weight, 5'11''. Could the stress test have increased the left ventricular chamber size? I'm quite worried. My doctor says the report is fine, but he did not look at the previous report. Also, all three reports were taken by different lab technicians.
