Hi Doctor, Recently While Picking Up A Luggage, I Got

Hi doctor,
Recently while picking up a luggage, i got a jerk in the lower back.
Since then, my back is pining severely. Initally when shown to a soine surgeon...he offered a medication for which there was no symptom relief. Its been more than 2 months now...and pain is consistent. No relief. Infact i have changed 2 doctors now. I have just got the xray done for lumbo sacral vertebrate in ap and lateral view.

The report says that THERE IS LOSS OF LUMBAR LORDOSIS - PARASPINAL MUSCLE SPASM.

Can you please suggest me the course of treatment for this.

I work with a pharma firm where in job is mostly sittting and doing the work.
Please let me know your views on it.
