Hi Dr, I Had 3 Internal Hemorrhoids Removed By Laser.

Hi dr, I had 3 internal hemorrhoids removed by laser. In addition I have a fissure in anus which was not treated. Dr said I should leave and it should heal by itself. Bleeding still occurred during bowel movements at least 4-5 times a month. It has been 8 months since the surgery and the fissure didn't heal. I went to see another internal medicine dr and advised that I should do colonoscopy. I'm not a dr but I think colonoscopy is not required because I don't have sever pain or bleeding and it is not occurring so often. Could you please advise me what to do? Thanks for your help
