Hi, i am Hasnat from Bangladesh. I am now 36, 5 feet 11, weight 65 k.g. On 9th May 2015, Hemoptysis occurred. Dr referred for HRCT scan of chest. Impression of the Report is "Findings are in favor of bilateral pneumonic consolidation with a cavitation on the left posteriorly associated with emphysema. Please exclude ? Koch's infection". Then undergone the Genexpert test where report shows like this: MTB detected. RIF result: Not detected. MTB burden: Low. My dr referred following medicine: 1. Rifampicin BP 150g, Isoniazid BP 75 mg, Pyrazinamide BP 400mg, Ethambutol hydrochloride BP 275mg for 2 months (which already gone). 2.Rifampicin BP 300mg, Isoniazid 150 mg for 06 months. My question is: 1. would these medicine fill up the cavity? 2. Even after, fill up, would these cavity make any other prob in future?. 3. I want to meet a doctor in India, Please advise me whom should i meet?
