Hi I Am Concerned With The Health Of My Heart

Hi i am concerned with the health of my heart . I feel pressure on the left side of my chest towards the middle, i am 33 years old and my father has has heart surgery and lots of men in his family, which had me worried … i also have rheumatic arthritis was diagnosed with it when i was two years old. could this be the cause of the pressure i feel coupled with exhaustion. I get tired really fast , more so then a normal person. I get good sleep , but still feel like i need more when the pressure on the heart seems to be there. What could be the cause ?
