Is It Necessary To Get A Rabies And Tetanus Shot For Minor Dog Scratches, Given The Dog’s Exposure To Other Animals?

Hi, i got minor scratch of a dog on my foot and hand but no bleeding on the site little redness and very little pain i can feel, i wash with soap and water, is it necessary to inject rabies vaccine and tetanus also because dog live with other animals like goats and Buffalo kindly expert opinion required?
