Hi Iam 18 Years Old And Has Very Bad Anxiety

Hi iam 18 years old and has very bad anxiety i have bad left shoulder and arms pain. my left arm feels so heavy and achy i am so sacred of a heart attack is coming. ive been having this for 2 weeks with chest pains on the left and under the rib cage. ive had 2 ekgs about a month ago both camde back normal i also had a chest xray aslo came back good. iam so scared of having a heart attack.
