Hi,

Welcome to Healthcaremagic Forum,
The three white spots can be fungal growth or erosion of the mucosa along with gingivitis. The treatment varies for these conditions. I would suggest you to consult a good ENT specialist/dentist and get yourself examined and treated accordingly. For the pain you can take anti-inflammatory medicines such as ibuprofen or diclofenac.
Good Luck

Regards
Dr. Naveen Kumar
