Hi, In Sept 15 First Detect TSH 6.38 In Nov

in Sept 15 first detect TSH 6.38
in Nov 15 it was 8.35 without tablet
in 1st week Dec 15 it was 7.45 without tablet
after Dec last week i started tyronorm 25
in Jan 16 first week my goes TSH 29
then doctor suggest take 100 MG after 10 days as on 22.01.16 it is TSH 40
earlier my throat was okay but now its paining and what shall i do
shall stop tyronorm or what
