Hi, My 10 Year Old Daughter Has Been Diagnosed With

Hi, my 10 year old daughter has been diagnosed with her 2nd UTI in the last year. This one not until it turned into a kidney infection, she evidently has a high pain tolerance. Last year she also had a case of double pneumonia, which almost to the day this year (Halloween) she complained of chest (spleen area) pain, had a fever and said it hurt when breathing, then after a day fever and pain disappeared. Then about 2 weeks later she complained of back pain, spleen area pain and had another fever. I asked if she'd had pain during urination and after first denying she admitted to there being some prior. We visited the doctor and a urine test showed a definite kidney and uninary tract infection. She began antibiotics on Saturday 11/13 fever continued for next 2 days but I could tell she was feeling better, however, by Wednesday night something wasn't right, fever wasn't back but she keeps telling me 'something doesn't feel right, I'm not hungry or thirsty but I don't feel right"...then she points that it hurts right here...and points to directly in the middle and below her ribs in the spleen area, and says it hurts to breath deep....which she had also done at Halloween.
