Hi, My 2 Years Old Boy Has Chickenpox, Today Few

Hi, my 2 years old boy has chickenpox, today few of them is bit red arround it, i took him to walking center they gave me antibiotic flucloxacillin, and he has a fever they gave me paracetamol, the sots are bit itchy can i give him piriton, and shall i put fucidin on the infected spots,
And if calpol didn't help with the temperature, can i give him neurophen after two hours of the calpol been given
Please help
