Hi, My 22 Year Old Daughter Called Me To Say

Hi, my 22 year old daughter called me to say that she has cherry red blood in her diarrhea with discomfort in her upper, left quadrant of her abdomen. I've been asking her quite a few questions from WebMD.com of possible causes. I found a list of 89 possible reasons for this and went through many of them with her. Of ones that relate, she is always constipated, she does have panic attacks and has had more anxiety lately due to a change in her life, and has been recently eating and drinking milk products even though she is lactose intolerant. She started feeling bad last night, went to the bathroom and had bloody diarrhea, went to sleep and woke up and the same thing happened. Do you please have any thoughts?
