Hi, My 4 Yr 9months Old Daughter Has Problem Sleeping.

Hi,

my 4 yr 9months old daughter has problem sleeping. she just lies in bed for 3 hrs before going to sleep. this doesnt happen on all days. some days she just goes to sleep in half an hr. from birth she has been a poor sleeper. also over the years at many occasions we have raised our voice harshly for her sleep issues. now we r confused if she has sleep issues or is it the stress (our yellings) that doesnt allow her to sleep.

but as far as we have noticed, even when she is terribly sleepy, she rubs her eyes and tries to stay awake or just keeps her eye open. apart from this she is a a very active girl.
