Hi, My Brother Age 27 He Is Having Eption 100mg

Hi, my brother age 27 he is having eption 100mg once in a every night from last 6-7 years. He has problem of faint when he go out side of place. he can not sleep in a night because of outside he is going. circumstances is not in favor sleeping. he has problem after that because of no sleeping, he feel so unfresh and uncomfortable when he go outside of other place or can not sleep in a night. kindly suggest me effective treatment regarding this? or fully removable for this disease.
