Can I Add Ambrolite Or Ambrodil-S To My Child S Current Cold Medication?

Hi, my child is 6 yrs old (30 kgs, 4 ft height) caught cold 3 days back. It was white colored runny nose. Started giving her Maxtra 7ml thrice a day with Honitus (5ml TDS) as advised by pediatrician. Since last night she is coughing a lot(wet cough) and yellow thick mucus coming from the nose. Please advise if I can add Ambrolite Or Ambrodil S along with above 2 medicines. If yes, then please confirm which syrup and it s dosage. Thank you!
