Hi, My Left Upper Rib 2 Down Below My Collar

Hi, my left upper rib 2 down below my collar bone sort of bends out! 11 yrs ago, I had a car accident which broke my collar bone and all my ribs on the left (also left hand amputated) as time has gone, Ive noticed this rib is sort of bending out and though I dont get any pain, Im wondering if it will cause problems later and if there is anything to do about it?
