Hi My Name Is Sana (35yrs) I Have Had This

Hi my name is Sana (35yrs) I have had this neck pain since past 5 years now it's degenerated neck and also have compressed nerve . I can't sleep on the left side and from many years have been either sleep flat or on the right side as when I sleep on the left my eye turns red and I feel very uneasy
Lately I have been recommended a doctor by friend he is a man who does massages . Please recommend will it be safe to try .
I had tried him onces it gave me relief but I don't know if it was co incident or what but that particular night I had bleeding from my mouth and in the stools
I'm just worried and also excited to know whether it was the result of the massage of which the dirty blood came out or its nothing to do with the situation . The blood was not black it was more like fresh blood .
Also Pls recommend whether I must continue to do this massage
