Hi My Period Is Irregular Ever Since I Had An

Hi my period is irregular ever since i had an abortion.. my due date was meant to be the 5th and therefore i went gp on saturday morning to get the norethisterone tablet. i went to take my fiest tablet on sunday morning and had slight bleeding which was period bleeding. i have still taken the tablets and want to know whether it will still stop my period.. i really need to stop it due to a religious function
