Hi My Question Is..I Had Both Large Toe Nails Removed

Hi my question is..I had both large toe nails removed Aug. 7th 2016. Infected within days. Podiatrist started me on cefeloxin. I finished the first round. Toes still infected, started me on a diflucan? then cefeloxin again. I am diabetic and my toes looked worse. I called my family doc and she had blood cultures run and other blood test. she also immediately started me on sulfa...? and levofloxin. I finished both of those. My doctor has ordered and MRI of my feet and venious leg studies for next wednesday. Sorry about the lengthy intro. My questions is I have been feeling so fatigued for the last few days, and running a low grade fever for the last few days. Should I go to the urgent care?
