Hi My Step Father Had An Aortic Valve Replacement And

Hi my step father had an aortic valve replacement and double bypass over 2 months ago. Recovery has been really slow. He also has water around one lung, good water according to respiratory Dr. But he had his lung drained twice after the surgery. He still feels awful, no energy, not eating well and his heart rate today is 105. His family doctor just said he doesn't know what to tell him :( . Is this rate bad right now? What would you suggest we do.
