Is It Safe That My Toddler Accidentally Got Thrombophob Gel In His Eyes?

Hi my toddler fell from cot and got goose egg on his forehead. Applied thrombophob gel and yesterday when he was sleeping accidentally he kept his hand over his forehead as soon as I applied the gel and within a few secs he kept the hands in his eyes. I m not sure of how much gel would have got into his eyes. I wiped with a, soft towel still I m concerned.may I pls know if there will be any side effects since he got the gel in his eyes? He is doing fine now though.
