Hi, please find below the MRI result of my spouse. Would you kindly explain what the most probable desease is. Thank you in advance for your kind advises.
Multiple periventicular and subcortical T2 high signal foci are seen some displaying characteristic distribution and perpendicular orientation to collososeptum.
Gliosis or atrophy is not seen.
Typical involvement of corpus callosum is seen.
Brain stem and both brachium pontis are intact.
Gray and white matter differentiation is normal.
Ventricles and basal cisterns are compatible with patient age (47 yrs).
CP angles are normal.
Sella supra and parasellar regions are unremarkable.
No pathologic enhancement is seen after contrast injection.
Inflammatory changes are seen at right antral cavity.
