Hi, Plz Help Me Understand What Is Going To Happen

Hi, plz help me understand what is going to happen in case I don't operate. 10 years ago my shoulder got slightly moved while playing cricket and I felt like it got dislocated but not, then on whenever I play cricket or try to do something which requires sudden movement of shoulder, I feel pain. Checked with doctor and mri suggested which says that..((MR finding are suggestive of mild attenuated and hyperintense anteroinferior(3 to 5 clock) labrum with underlying subtle glenoid flattening-?. Bankert lesion. No significant Hill Sach's lesion noted.)) Plz suggest.
