Hi sir,
I am 22 years old, my pinis size is 3 to 3.5 inch when erect. I have a surgery at my 13th year for the blocking of my hole, at that time my surgeon had employed a hole at the centre-down of my pinis. All my toilets and sperm are coming out from that hole. I haven't tried sex till now due to that fear, but i have masterbated lot of times. So will that hole permits my sperm to enters in to my wife ovem for production of childrens? plz help me what to do. is there any solutions for that?
