Hi sir Namaste

I have pregnancy of 63 days, on 13th of February one time scanned and yesterday one time scanned, the doctor said as per scanning report there is no heart beat actually it should be there.

Medicine using from 13th February is
Tab Sysfol-active 5mg 1-0-0
Tab Susten200. 1-0-1
Cap A-z. 0-1-0
till today.

What can I do now? Kindly solve my problem.
