Hi, Tests Came Back As Negative To Any Kind Of

Hi, tests came back as negative to any kind of infection (was testing to see if i had thrush).
I am 29weeks into my pregnancy. I dont have itching constantly, but every few days ill wake up and feel a little discomfort. I dont know if i should continue using the 6 day treatment or just apply the cream when feeling itchy? sometimes when i need to pee, it does sting for a few seconds then its fine. Im just a bit confused because i have been using this treatment for 3 weeks now. im thinking of getting another test done....
