Hi There - Noticed A Little Elbow Pain This Morning

Hi there - noticed a little elbow pain this morning when riding in the car and put arm on arm rest - now about 6 hours later i come home and take a look - it is very swollen - painful and a blueish color spreading all around half way down my forearm and halfway up my upper arm! Reading all about tennis elbow? hm - thinking of trying anti-inflammatory and ice for tonight! whats your opinion? Thanks
